house is an ideal starting point for discovery of Normandy. Less than one hours driving is a whole lot of sightseeing attractions
and nice towns. It is also a starting point to discover LA MANCHE
Percy is a small market town on the Normandy/Brittany borders and is very friendly and has butchers, boulangeries,
banks, a post office, bars, garages, a supermarket, vets, schools and most other facilities. A wider range of facilities are
to be found in Villedieu Les Poeles which is just 10km away.
Granville, St Lo and Avranches are 20 min away.
There are some beautiful unspoiled beaches within 30 min of the house.
Mont St Michel is 62km away. Access to main Caen- Rennes
motorway is about 10 min away.
The
house is situated for quick access to the ferry ports of Cherbourg (1,5h), Caen (1h) and St. Malo (1,5h)
